inspiration

I have been inspired by many photographs on http://www.wildlife-pictures-online.com especially this one of the elephant.

This cheetah looks very calm and relaxed. She is not disturbed by the people around her

This image is probably my favourite from the set. I like how the elephant looks almost prehistoric. When I took this photo I was so close to the animal I could touch it. This image is similar to the one on the wildlife pictures website as they are both close up shots of elephants. However, my elephant is not an exact copy of the other one which makes it a little more original

This set of photographs were taken using an Olympus E-500 and a 40-150mm lens. This lens allowed me to get closer to my subject.

This image uses the rule of thirds in its composition.

I was able to get close to this zebra without disturbing the animal,which makes this photo seem more natural.
